Uber Technologies Inc. plans to make its debut on public markets in April, Reuters reported Thursday. That would put it just after the IPO of rival Lyft, which is expected to go public in late March. Reuters reported Uber will release its S-1 and launch an investor roadshow next month. Uber was valued at about $72 billion last August, and is said to be seeking a valuation as high as $120 billion for its IPO.
